Mystelle — Privacy Policy

Mystelle ("we", "us") is an astrology, tarot and palm-reading app for entertainment and self-reflection, operated by MediaHub Limited, FLAT/RM A 12/F ZJ 300 Lockhart Rd, Wan Chai, Hong Kong (hi@roiperfect.com), which is responsible for your data.

We remove location metadata from palm photos before uploading them. We do not collect your precise location or contacts. Usage events never contain your name, birth data, palm photo, questions or reading texts.
Advertising measurement
We advertise Mystelle on Facebook and Instagram. To learn which ads work, the app tells Meta when it is installed and when onboarding is completed, and our subscription provider (Adapty) tells Meta about trials and purchases. iOS asks whether Mystelle may use your device's advertising identifier; if you don't allow it, Meta receives this information without it, in a limited, aggregated form. Your choice doesn't change how the app works. You can change it any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
AI processing
With your consent, asked in the app before anything is sent, your palm photo, questions, dreams and profile details (name, birth data, signs) are processed by our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate your readings. They are used only to create your readings; under Anthropic's commercial terms they are not used to train its AI models. You can withdraw consent by deleting your photo, conversation, dreams or account.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal data.
- We don't make predictions about health, death, pregnancy or finances.
- Readings are for entertainment and are not professional advice.
Service providers
Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Anthropic (AI processing), Adapty (subscription management), PostHog (product analytics, EU region), Meta Platforms (ad measurement), Apple (payments, Sign in with Apple, notifications).
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. In the app, Profile → Delete my palm photo removes your photo, and Profile → Delete account permanently deletes your account, profile, photos, readings, conversations and dreams, and resets the analytics ID on your device. Usage events already sent to PostHog stay under the old anonymous ID; contact us and we'll delete them. An App Store subscription is not cancelled automatically; manage it in your Apple ID settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us at hi@roiperfect.com.
Children
Mystelle is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or under any higher minimum age set by the laws of your country. We don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We'll update this page and the "Last updated" date when the policy changes.
Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without limiting any mandatory data protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
